1 . Do I need a Covid-19 Insurance?
A Covid-19 insurance is not one of the mandatory documents to apply for a Taiwan visa and pre approval documents on arrival in Taiwan .
We always recommend you to buy this Insurance. Because it both gives you many benefits and an advantageous condition to apply for a Taiwan visa. It will make your application easily accepted by the Taiwan government.
2 . What is the Covid-19 Insurance?

3 . What is the SEPA Transfer?
The SEPA is in short for The Single Euro Payments Area which is a single market for euro-denominated payments.
4 . If my e-Visa application is denied by the Taiwan government will my fees be refunded?
No, once the application has been submitted to the Taiwan government, the e-Visa application fees are non-refundable.
5 . What should I do after I apply for my e-Visa?
Once the application is approved, the e-Visa will be made available. You must print a copy to carry with your passport and bring it along when you travel to Taiwan. When you arrive in Taiwan, you must have your e-Visa printout with your passport.
6 . How long does it take to get an e-Visa for Taiwan?
The processing time is 3 business days.
7 . How much is the e-Visa?
There are two kinds of e-Visa fees that you have to pay for to get your e-Visa, including visa service fee (69 USD) and Government fee (54 USD) for normal service. Total is 123 USD/person for normal service.
8 . Do I need to obtain separate eVisas for people accompanying me?
Yes. Each traveller must have his or her own eVisa.
9 . I have noticed that some of the information I provided on the eVisa application form needs to be changed. What should I do?
You must apply for a new eVisa application.
10 . If my itinerary changes, can I apply to change the date on my eVisa?
No. You must re-apply and obtain a new eVisa.
